Community Relations Specialist

We are seeking a Community Relations Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about working with Seniors, Referral Sources, maintaining positive relationships within the health care community.

Duties

Responsible for establishing and maintaining positive relationships with customers and referral sources within Palm Beach County and to promote home care services. Gather and organize account-related information and provide key input on key customer opportunities. Prioritize accounts in accordance with the market sales plan.

• Continuously conductsmarket assessments and develops a comprehensive marketing plan designed to meetbudgetary volume projections.
• Employs marketing andpromotional initiatives to achieve budgetary volume projections.
• Establishes andmaintains positive working relationships with current and potential referraland payer sources.
• Builds and monitorscommunity, customer and patient perceptions as a high quality provider ofservices.
• Maintainscomprehensive working knowledge of home care markets including governmentagencies, key referral sources, and competitor's market positioning.
• Maintainscomprehensive working knowledge in the field of marketing and sharesinformation with appropriate organization personnel.
• Maintainscomprehensive working knowledge of community resources and assists customers inaccessing community resources should services not be provided by Aging Allies.
• Compliance withcorporate policies and procedures
• Target market shallbe: Physician’s, nursing home, rehabilitation centers, hospitals, AssistedLiving, attorneys, trust officers, community center, not for profitorganizations, case managers, care managers, discharge planners, social workersand any other individual or entity as requested.
•  Preparation andsubmission of all marketing and community relation reports and forms.
•  Full Time
• Abide by terms andconditions of the Confidentiality and Non-Compete Agreement.
•  1-2 years ofexperience in sales or marketing required. Home Healthcare marketing highlydesired.
• Excellent written andverbal communication skills.
• Ability to handlemultiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Excellentorganizational and time management skills.
• Self-starter andproactive.
• Compensation consistsof 2 components: Base Salary and Performance Bonuses. A generous outreachbudget is provided as well.
